Payment terms and conditions

Manitoba Blue Cross is pleased to offer individuals the option to purchase, on a year-to-year basis, a wellness plan (an “Individual Wellness Plan” or “subscription”) that gives you access to additional resources within the Manitoba Blue Cross Wellness Platform (the “site”). During your one-year subscription term, you will receive access to Togetherall, LIFT Session, Torchlight, Sleep Program, and financial planning and retirement resources.

Fees and renewals:

$60 per person/per year. Fees may be subject to applicable taxes. All amounts are payable and charged at the time you purchase an Individual Wellness Plan. Your Individual Wellness Plan is valid for one year from the date payment is confirmed and will not automatically renew on or after the one-year term has expired. To gain full access to the site after your subscription expires, you are responsible for renewing your subscription for the payment price in effect on the date of renewal. Manitoba Blue Cross reserves the right to change its pricing terms for the Individual Wellness Plan at any time and may not notify you in advance of such changes becoming effective. Changes to the pricing terms will not apply retroactively and will only apply to any purchases of the Individual Wellness Plan made on or after the pricing change comes into effect.

Payment:

Currently, we only accept payment from VISA, MasterCard and Amex. Your credit card information will not be stored with, or shared by, Manitoba Blue Cross.

You will receive a confirmation email from Manitoba Blue Cross after we confirm your purchase. You will receive reminder emails that your subscription is expiring 30-days and 10-days prior to the expiration date.

IMPORTANT: ALL PAYMENTS MADE FOR THE INDIVIDUAL WELLNESS PLAN ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.
