Intern counselling services available now

Whether you're looking to check in with your partner or loved ones or want to address a personal concern before it gets bigger, a check-up is the first step toward accessing counselling that's right for you.

Following your free one-time check-up, consider continuing relational or individual counselling with our Marriage & Family Therapy interns through flexible pricing based on your financial situation (sliding-scale fees). The interns are in the advanced stages of their studies and are supervised by an experienced clinical supervisor.

In-person and virtual appointments are offered to ensure you receive support in a way that is most comfortable for you.

Please note that you do not need to be a Manitoba Blue Cross member to use these services. However, if you are a Manitoba Blue Cross member and are looking to utilize counselling available through your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) coverage as part of your benefits plan, please visit here.
